Important: EM2 test-stand hardware components are NOT compatible with hardware supplied for EM1 test-stands. Do not mix TEM/TEM-PS/Transition Card EM1 with EM2 hardware. Hardware for EM2 is marked "EM2" on the TEM, TEM-PS, VME Transition Card and LCB supplied.

Description of Nonconformance: INFN described the problem as: The SCMD loop on GTCC 2 is apparently screwed up (the levels are 2.21 V on SCMDP and 2.05 V on SCMDN on that cables, while the usual is 1.30-1.10). It's impossible to communicate with the TKR front end electronics on cable 2 (we tried with a non-flight MCM). The TEM/TPS is at SLAC for repair.
