|
Power consumption under maximal load conditions at 25C. Four of the combinations of primary and redundant hardware were measured as described at right. All measurements were taken with GASU0 and all EPUs and all TEMs powered. EPUs are emulated with a 30 ohm load and TEMs are emulated with a 25 ohm load. Voltage and current measurements taken during thermal-vacuum testing show no noticeable changes at temperature extremes. |
PDU0
powered by JL3 = 17.1W PDU1
powered by JL3 = 17.5W PDU0
powered by JL4 = 15.1W PDU1
powered by JL4 = 16.9W section

The
following table lists the required test phases for Acceptance Testing of the
PDU.
Test Classifications:
VAL
- Equipment Validation Test
STM - Safe to Mate Test
CPT - Comprehensive Performance Test
LPT - Limited Performance Test
TVCPT - Comprehensive Performance Test defined in Thermal Vacuum test procedure
TVLPT - Limited Performance Test defined in Thermal Vacuum test procedure
Pre-conformal-coat
Test Logs are HERE, and Proto-Flight Acceptance Test Logs are HERE.
Note
that the last two STM tests in the sequence serve two purposes. They verify that repairs done in WO1583 did
not affect any electrical hardware and they serve as the receiving test check
for transfer of the PDU unit to I&T.
