1          PURPOSE

The purpose of this Technical Document is to document the contents of the Acceptance Test Data Package (ATDP) for the DAQ Electronics (DAQ) subsystem.  The contents of this document have been coordinated between LAT Integration, Test, and Calibration (IT&C), LAT Systems Engineering (SE), LAT Quality Assurance (QA), and the CAL subsystem.  The environmental tests for this unit were performed to Acceptance Limits.

ELECTRICAL SUMMARY DATA

DESCRIPTION:

REMARKS:

Power consumption under minimal load conditions at 25C.  Four of the combinations of primary and redundant hardware were measured as described at right.

PDU0 powered by JL3 = 0.983W

PDU1 powered by JL3 = 0.982W

PDU0/GASU0 powered by JL3 = 8.92W

PDU1/GASU1 powered by JL3 = 8.81W

see ambient_no_load_power

Power consumption under maximal load conditions at 25C.  Four of the combinations of primary and redundant hardware were measured as described at right.  All measurements were taken with GASU0 and all EPUs and all TEMs powered.  EPUs are emulated with a 30 ohm load and TEMs are emulated with a 25 ohm load.  Voltage and current measurements taken during thermal-vacuum testing show no noticeable changes at temperature extremes.

PDU0 powered by JL3 = 16.5W

PDU1 powered by JL3 = 17.0W

PDU0 powered by JL4 = 16.6W

PDU1 powered by JL4 = 16.2W
