New Main Components:

EGSE Log:

• New design takes care of Workstation and Server type EGSE records.
• Improved revalidate procedure.
• Changed records about to expire from yellow to orange.
• A counter widget in the main window shows if and how many EGSE records are expired or about to expire validation.

FSW Installation Log:

• New Log following requirements described in LAT-MD-04601.
• Holds information of FSW installed in LAT.

Configuration Log:

• New Log that shows a snap shot of all the existing components in three types of logs: EGSE, FHW and FSW.
• Accessible through a button in the corresponding tab of the main window.
• Records can be double clicked and viewed individually through the Configuration Log.
• Records can be updated with comments upon selection.
• In the case of the EGSE Log, records can be revalidated upon selection in the Configuration Log. All changes are shown in this Log when Saved.

Configuration Request Log:

• New Log that shows a history of the requests of Configuration Logs, as described in LAT-MD-04601.
• Accessible from the Main Window Config. Request Log button.

Activity Report: (ELB-43)

• New Log that shows all activities performed in a shift.
• Accessible from the Shift Log window, clicking the Activity Report button.
• If the user selects a new Shift, the Activity Report refreshes with the new Shift information.

Dependencies, Bug Fixes, and New Features:

Main Window:

• Added access buttons to the Configuration Logs for FHW, FSW and EGSE.
• Added access button to the Configuration Request Log.
• Added menu bar with URL link and About help menus that go to this website and shows E-Logbook version (ELB-40) respectively.
• Added flag to prevent selection of an invalid date to enter the Shift Log (ELB-46).

Shift Log:

• New dialog asks where to place an activity note if the time stamp does not correspond to the currently selected shift (ELB-8, ELB-20).
• If activity note has been entered by a user that has not yet signed in the shift, a dialog prompts the user to do so (ELB-34).
• Red lined runs that have errors, and indicate so in the Event Count column (ELB-37).
• Fixed maintain time unit selection for runs list when Next, Prev or Refresh buttons are pressed (ELB-39).
• The activity tables are now sort able, and can be seen combined in the Activity Report (ELB-43).

Run Report:

• Fixed slowdown due to the list runs filter, implemented them as list views (ELB-36).
• Added Additional Fields list view red lining Packet Error Event Count and Trigger Parity Error Event Count if their value is not 0 (ELB-37).

Mate/Demate Log:

• Reimplementation of Mate/Demate Report as list view.
• New print procedure takes care of column justification for lengthy fields.

FHW Log:

• Merged all installation stages into one table. Created new hierarchy procedure to enforce entry of all fields up to every installation stage.
• New print procedure.

MMR Log:

• Added N/A check for Material expiration dates to be able to add materials that do not expire properly (ELB-30).
• Fixed Hard Test information save bug.

General:

• Added E-Logbook version information in the database upgrade scripts to fill in the elogparameters table (ELB-35).
• Changed password entry length from 8 to 32 characters (ELB-38).
• Fixed problem with shift summary refresh in the mirror database (ELB-42).
