Retrieving updates through anonymous FTP:

Example:

ftp ftp.slac.stanford.edu
Name: anonymous
Password: stuvi@slac.stanford.edu (Use your own e-mail here, the password will not display on screen)
cd groups/glast/Online (case sensitive)
binary (assuming that the data format is binary; the default is ascii)
get scl_vx.a (mget if it were a group of files)
quit
