- AGILE parametrizes the energy in a strip (analog readout gives pulse
height) and validates the method with beam test data. LAT does not have
energy per strip but rather energy/layer. Can we use a similar method ?
- Capacitive coupling simulated by AGILE calculates E_strip/weighted sum
(need to understand details which are described in references that Eduardo
has already requested papers from the AGILE collaboration)
- AGILE simulation sees no effect from noise (assume it to be Gaussian)
- AGILE Simulation uses GEANT3.21, which may not take into account
properly energy losses through thin slabs (such as silicon)
