Minutes of June 28, 2002 I&T/SAS Calibration meeting

Present: Luca (by email), Leon, Eduardo, Xin, Sasha.

1) There seem to be a confusion about the needs for the calibration documentation. For the I&T database the information from every item needs to be defined, this is more important than the format definition itself. For the SAS calibration infrastructure, the format definitions are evolving under Joannes' guidance. 

 2) The ToT algorithm needed for the SAS software is not completely understood. Eduardo suggested to look for straight tracks (likely MIPs) and collect ToT distributions for every layer and characterize them by mean and width of a fitted curve and compare with charge injection response. Leon added that would be interesting to look for clusters with single hit and compare to those with double hits. 

3) Luca mentioned (by email) that  Johann Cohen Tanugi, that they  will be involved in the EGSE calibration scripts.

Action Lists:

1) Subsystems will do first pass on documentation by next Wednesday and we will discuss during next meeting a week after July 4 week.
