The following plots are from my IRF analysis program, for back section tracks in the energy and angle range shown. The left is with no bad strips, right is with the TwrA bad strips replicated for all 16 towers.
The fit is to the scaled deviation, applying the form that I have reported on. The only significant difference is the loss of 10% of the tracks.
