There are two categories of modifications to the tuples:
1) additional quantities
2) modifications of existing quantities:
- name changes
- contents meaning changes
We've agreed to discuss changes in the Analysis Group meetings. At some point in time, we will want a somewhat more formal approach, i.e., a change control process.
Proposal: start now to implement a change control process for modifications of type 2. This will force us to document and post the changes.
