Meetings are held via teleconference generally on Fridays, 0730 Pacific time (1030 Eastern; 16:30 Europe) using the CERN VRVS system. We meet as necessary. We do not use video. If RAT4 is buggy for you, consider going back to RAT3.
Please test and adjust your microphone gain, and avoid an open mike, which may cause echoes. See the 'Rat' help. On Windows machines you must use the native Windows controls to set the volume. For further information be sure to have a look at the VRVS Etiquette page.
We use the ICQ instant messaging tool to encourage group communications. Please get the latest version from http://www.icq.com. Then send email to Richard Dubois (richard@slac.stanford.edu) asking him to send you the GLAST contact list. The glast collaboration list has (some) ICQ numbers.
