Performance Objectives 

• Definition of a Track:
  • Must have at least three consecutive hits (crossing a tower boundary **may** be a special case)
  • When selecting hits, the "Longest, Straightest" path is the route chosen
  • Clusters shared between tracks only when cluster width is greater than one strip, or ToT is over "threshold."
