A snippet of code has been added to ReconTkrFragment.cxx in the systests package
in order to produce a rough PSF plot for quickly checking resolution. This code
makes no selection cuts, other than a vertex be reconstructed (and not one of
the pathological events that can happen). Separate plots are made for the front
and back sections of the tracker.
