geometry is basically frozen and tagged, except for one problem involving the ACD which must be resolved.

Using Linux: (Heather) Regis has run into problems trying to build a consistent set of packages on Linux including CalRecon. It's not clear whether the problems stem from using HEAD versions of some packages, being the first to build this software on Linux rather than Windows, or some combination. When everything of interest is tagged, Karl will make sure it all builds on Linux. In the meantime, Regis might to do well to move to Windows, perhaps to the UW Server.
Data Manager: (Karl) Karl is writing documentation in anticipation of a review committee looking over the design.
Detector Description: (Joanne) No news from Riccardo since last week. Revised, clarified CAL information arrived at the end of last week, but to avoid swapping overhead Joanne will continue working on Identifier Dictionary classes for a few more days before returning to CAL description. Also on the agenda for the near future is integration of the Id Dictionary with Riccardo's work.
