- Service Challenge: (Richard)
- ObsSim runs are mostly done. Six out of 1500
still need to be "unfailed" one way or another.
GTObsSim puts out numerical return codes which need to be
translated to something more meaningful.
- One-day Gleam run will include two kinds of backgrounds:
1) earth albedo and 2) charged particles. 1) is done. Navid is
working on scripts to harvest the albedo log files for
trigger and downlink rates (now done).
There will be a new release, GR v9r19, to fix a problem with
astro reading the ascii pointing history file.
Then Tom needs to extract rates versus PtMagLat from the
charged particles backgrounds runs (imminient).
- Interleave: Toby has been discussing changes with Heather.
It's not yet known which of them will implement the changes.
- Geomagnetic latitude background runs are ready to go tonight,
should take about a day to run.
- Level 0 simulation should be ready after the workshop.
The chief remaining piece is Onboard Filter. (Tracy) Richard Hughes has
gotten it to build on Linux, but there are still run-time problems with
finding all needed libraries. Tracy recently realized we can do without
the (complicated, Windows-incompatible) thread calls in our environment.
He'll dummy them out and that should make it much easier to get the
whole thing to go on Windows.
- RM command line: (Navid) They all exist but
are not yet fully debugged. To try them out see
~glast/infraBin/ReleaseManager.
