(Richard) What's ETA? (Bryson) will have something Steve Culp can use for testing by the end of next week. The goal is to release a production version in time for the "A day in the life.." test, now scheduled for February.
(Toby) From your description the scheme is quite generic. Have you thought about sharing with other missions? (Bryson) It's true We investigated tools used by other missions such as Gravity Probe B. They included legacy code from previous missions which would only get in our way, so it seemed best to start fresh. It could be "shared forward".
(Toby) What sort of eclipse [see p. 8 of the presentation] is being referred to? (Bryson) The standard kind: occulting of sun by earth. This is a significant in this context because we have to switch to battery power.
