The release is installed at SLAC and at UW. To run it at SLAC, and produce pictures like the above, enter the following commands: (from a bash shell)
export CMTPATH=/afs/slac/g/glast/ground/releases/GaudiSys_v7
cd /afs/slac.stanford.edu/g/glast/ground/releases/G4Generator_v1/G4Generator/v1/cmt
source setup.sh

Note that under the File menu there is a "Set Source" button, that leads to the following choice:
These correspond to sources defined in the file src/test/test_sources.xml which is referenced by the job options file for the test job. There are no protons there yet, sorry.
