The items in blue are defined in meritAlg. It is structured with separate methods that take TDS collections, which set member variables. These variables are connected to a table that merit defines, and will convert to a ROOT TTree if the property meritAlg.RootFilename is defined.
Red means that it will not happen without some serious effort and/or help from someone.
