On the response to GLAST LAT CDR #2

SLAC responds that they will measure the harness length on a mock-up but will not fabricate the harness on a mock-up. This is not best aerospace practice. If this were a simple harness I would not be so concerned but the LAT electrical system harness is a fairly complex one with tight spacing in several areas.  Wiring to a harness mock-up would provide the best fit harness with the least amount of stress at the connectors.
