1 PURPOSE
The purpose of this Technical Note is to document the contents of the Acceptance Test Data Package (ATDP) for the DAQ Electronics (DAQ) subsystem. The contents of this document have been coordinated between LAT Integration, Test, and Calibration (IT&C), LAT Systems Engineering (SE), and LAT Quality Assurance (QA).

NCR00833: "SIU/EPU crates are to be removed from LAT and given to ELX for removal of RAD750 boards to inspect integrity of EEPROM bonding and evidence of damage to EEPROMS. This inspection is required based on findings from NCR 803 documenting the failure of EEPROMS on S/N 031 RAD750 following crate level vibration testing."
