TKR: As per last week, Leon is still dealing with the last little details.
CAL: ready
ACD: Jonathan Ormes gave the go-ahead for 5 tiles on the lower side row. Done. Heather has added the support structure (box) on sides.
GRID: Sasha set the thickness to 8mm. Steve will check instrument.xml for consistency.

Tracy hunted down almost all of the TKR and joint CAL/TKR variables and stuffed them into a new RecNtupleAlg.
Sasha and Regis have started filling the CAL variables. They are modifying some of the variables' definitions.
Ian has added the MC info. Still need to worry about the run number, time and source ID.
Actions:
we need a mechanism to get the run number from the outside into the output files. And not via the mcNtuple algorithm.
Steve volunteered to help Toby include the code he wrote for the ACD throttle.
Toby will tag all code at the HEAD starting today, so we can try it out and see how sim & recon play together. He is assembling a new pdrApp with the new recons. It does not yet include TBIOROOT and needs to have the randoms service added (Ian).
Sasha will take the example ACD display algorithm and implement it for the CAL recon.
Two subtle Gismo propagation bug showing itself in the CAL was found and fixed.
The CAL folks have asked that the number of Si clusters per layer be added to the ntuple. It was agreed to and Tracy will do it.
We should create an example macro that can analyze the ntuple and Root recon tree simultaneously.
I asked for a travel schedule for the team for up to PDR. [Ed. I have responses from Joanne, Heather and Malcolm so far].
