Tracy report on v1r2 :

Right now we do have success in that tkrApp v1r2 is now checking out and building a working TkrRecon on my pc, glast-ts, Leon's pc's and Brandon at Santa Cruz is running (finally). So, everyone is now happy (well, as happy as they can be!).

This is not compatible with CMT v1r10. THB has changed it to use the new GlastPolicy (v4r1) and gui (v2r6p2). Also, needed mods to the job options.

CMT v1r10

TS still at  v1r7. Working on updating requirements files to work with either. For example, gui just changed,  v2r6p1->v2r6p2. Need to update Gaudi v7 as well. (GaudiPolicy?)

gcc 

Target seems to now be 2.95.2. We would like to use 3.02 for our code, but there is a Gaudi  problem with strstream vs stringstream.

VC++ 7.0, Visual Studio .Net

No change.

Integration of detModel with G4 and GismoGenerator

No change with G4. (Still works!)  Joanne working on conversion from IFile/ instrument.xml.

No change in GismoGenerator: tracker people will continue to use GismoGenerator (v5r1) both for generator, and access to (old) geometry.

Update expected when Udine folk arrive next week.

Random number generator service, seed issue. (Keep this on the stack)

How does one control G4's use of random numbers?  Anyone??? Please????
