Tuesday, May 24, 2005: Splinter meetings (2 in parallel).
The idea is to discuss issues around precise cases, possibly testing ideas and running software on the spot. The goal is to identify the way forward and how the work may be shared. In each case, define where we want to stand for the DC2 milestone, now expected to be at the end of this year. In the framework of the LAT science groups related to this meeting ("Catalogs" and "Diffuse emission"), identify work worth publishing before launch (August 2007).
17:00: Short report by the moderators (10' each long splinter, 5' each short splinter) (GLAST III Conf. Room, building 234)
